If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we’re here to help.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The size received is different from your order
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- The product must be in original condition
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color differences due to lighting
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Used or washed products
EXCHANGE POLICY
If your size does not fit, exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. Customers may need to pay delivery charges for size exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable if:
- Your order cannot be replaced
- The product is out of stock after return approval
Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days.
